To use the ph08 Platform, you must register an Account by providing accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, mobile number, and email address. You agree to update this information promptly if it changes.
Each Player is permitted to hold only one Account on the ph08 Platform. Opening or attempting to open multiple Accounts — whether under the same or different identities — is strictly prohibited. ph08 reserves the right to close all duplicate Accounts and forfeit any Balances or Bonus Funds associated with them.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your ph08 login credentials, including your username and password. ph08 is required to conduct identity verification in accordance with applicable Philippine anti-money laundering regulations. You agree to provide any documentation requested by ph08 for KYC purposes, including but not limited to government-issued photo ID, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. ph08 may suspend withdrawals pending completion of KYC verification.
The minimum deposit on ph08 is ₱100. ph08 accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. Deposits are credited to your Account Balance instantly upon confirmation from the payment provider. ph08 does not charge fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees.
ph08 reserves the right to refuse or reverse any deposit that it reasonably suspects to be fraudulent, made using a payment method not registered in your name, or in violation of these Terms & Conditions.
Withdrawal requests are processed within 15 minutes for GCash and PayMaya under normal operating conditions, subject to completion of KYC verification. Bank transfer withdrawals (BPI, BDO, Metrobank) may take up to one (1) business day.
ph08 reserves the right to conduct additional security checks before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited.
All transactions on the ph08 Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). ph08 is not responsible for any currency conversion fees applied by your bank or payment provider.
ph08 offers various bonuses and promotions to eligible Players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each promotion, including applicable wagering requirements, minimum odds, game restrictions, and expiry periods.
Bonus Funds must be wagered the specified number of times before they may be withdrawn. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, ph08 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.
ph08's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your Account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
ph08 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. You access and use the Platform at your own risk.
ph08 is committed to protecting your personal information. The collection, use, storage, and disclosure of your personal data is governed by the ph08 Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms & Conditions by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, you agree to first attempt to resolve any dispute with ph08 informally by contacting our support team. ph08 will make reasonable efforts to resolve disputes in good faith within thirty (30) days of receiving written notice of the dispute.
ph08 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, ph08 will notify registered Players via email or a prominent notice on the Platform. The date of the most recent revision will be indicated at the top of this page.
